This is the hydraulic fluid reservoir tank found on the RuggedMade RS-700 series log splitters.

Reservoir Tank Built to Last
This steel-constructed hydraulic fluid reservoir tank is the same tank found on all RuggedMade RS-700 series log splitters. This tank is also an excellent choice for DIYers when building a log splitter.
The tank features welded 1" threaded axles with a predrilled hole for a cotter pin. The 6-hole engine platform is designed to accommodate various engine sizes. In addition, 2-hole fender brackets are welded to each end of the tank. Fenders are sold separately.
